Packaging Information: Each sheet of foam is sold individually, and your shipment may arrive vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed. Upon receiving the package, it is important to open it immediately to prevent the foam from losing its original size and shape. Do not leave the package unopened for more than a week, as this may cause the foam to deform. Please use a ballpoint pen or pencil when opening the package, as using a box cutter may damage the foam. If you need to return an item, please contact us first as a 50% restocking fee may be charged.

Our foam is proudly manufactured in the USA and comes in various types such as waterproof, extra firm, medium firm, high density, low density, gel memory foam, memory foam, and organic foam. Our foam is designed to last for 7-10 years and is CertiPUR-US certified, meaning it is free from ozone depleting substances, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals. It also meets low VOC emissions standards set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

If you require a specific size that is not listed, please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide you with a custom-cut foam. We can create foam in various shapes including square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, and more. Our foam is ideal for use in oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and various other residential and commercial upholstery applications.

Our 1.8 High Density foam has a 44 lb. compression rate, making it firm and durable. When opening your foam, please allow up to 72 hours for it to fully expand to its original shape. Remember to open the package carefully with a pen or pencil to avoid damaging the foam.
