Our high-density foams, made in the USA, have a compression rate of 44 lbs. This means that for every 44 lbs of weight applied, the foam will compress by 1 inch, providing a firm feel for those who prefer not to sink into their furniture. With a 100% recovery rate, this durable foam is suitable for long-term use, lasting 7 to 10 years.

All foam sheets are sold per sheet, not per yard, and are rolled for packaging. When receiving your foam package, be sure to open it immediately and avoid leaving it unopened for more than a week. Instead of using a box cutter, open the package with a ballpoint pen or pencil by making a small incision.

For optimal performance, allow the foam to breathe for at least 2 days after unpacking to recover its original size and form. Ideal uses for our high-density foam include mattresses, chair pads, seat cushions, furniture cushions, pillows, patio cushions, car seats, and upholstery repair.
