Foam Cushions / High Density Upholstery Foam
Our foam is proudly manufactured in the USA! We offer a wide range of foam options including waterproof, extra firm, medium firm, high density, low density, gel memory foam, memory foam, and organic foam. This durable material is designed to last 7-10 years, making it a reliable and long-lasting investment for your home or commercial needs.
Our high density foam has a firm feel and a compression rate of 44 lb. This makes it ideal for applications where support and durability are key. Whether you need it for poker tables, furniture cushions, or foam mattresses, our high density foam delivers the firmness and comfort you require.
Don’t see the size you need? Contact us and we will gladly create a custom cut for you! Our foam can be customized to any size and shape, including square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, and trapezoid. These custom cuts are perfect for unique applications such as oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and all other home and commercial upholstery needs.
Our foam products are CertiPUR-US Certified, ensuring they meet rigorous safety and performance standards. They are made without ozone depleting substances, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals. They are also free from phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and emit low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) levels for better indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).
All our foam products are sold per sheet and available in vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed packaging. Upon receipt, it’s important to open the package immediately to maintain the foam’s original size and shape. Avoid leaving the package unopened for more than a week, as the foam may lose its shape. Allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully retain its original shape. When opening, use a pen or pencil to make a small incision and begin breaking the seal from there, avoiding box cutters to prevent damage to the foam.
