Foam Cushions / High Density Upholstery Foam
Our foam is proudly crafted in the United States, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability. We offer a variety of foam types, including waterproof, extra firm, medium firm, high density, low density, gel memory foam, memory foam, and organic foam. These materials cater to different needs and preferences, providing superior comfort and durability.
Our foam is built to last, with a lifespan of 7 to 10 years. It is made from high-quality materials that ensure it remains supportive and comfortable over time.
Don’t see the size you need? Contact us and we will gladly create a custom cut for you! We can cut your foam to any size and shape. Whether square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, or any other shape, we can accommodate your needs.
Our foam is ideal for oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and all other home and commercial upholstery applications. Its versatility makes it a perfect fit for a wide range of settings.
Our foam is CertiPUR-US certified. This means it is made without ozone depleting substances, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, and without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. It also features low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions, ensuring better indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).
All foam is sold per sheet and may arrive vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. Upon receiving your package, open it immediately to ensure the foam retains its original size and form. We advise against leaving the package unopened for longer than a week to maintain its shape. Allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully retain its original shape. When opening, use a pen or pencil, not a box cutter, to make a small incision and break the seal.
