Don't see the size you need? Contact us to create a custom cut for you. We can shape your foam to any size and form, including square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, and more. Ideal uses include oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and all other home and commercial upholstery applications.

All our foam products are CertiPUR-US certified. This means they are made without: - Ozone-depleting substances - Mercury, lead, and other heavy metals - Phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission - Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million)

Packaging Information

All foam is sold per sheet and may arrive vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. Once received, open the package immediately to ensure the foam retains its original size and form. Do not let the package remain unopened for longer than a week, as the foam could lose its shape. Allow up to 72 hours for the foam to regain its original shape. Use a pen or a pencil to start, not a box cutter.
