Be sure to note down the length, width, and height of your cover from seam to seam. If you need assistance in determining the correct size, we are more than happy to help.

Our foam is versatile and suitable for various uses including couch cushion filling, crafting stuffing, outdoor cushion inserts, chairs, pillows, ottomans, stools, DIY headboards, RVs, campers, boat seats, car seats, golf cart seats, workout benches, cots, and window seats. You can also use our foam sheets for extra cushioning to prevent breakage when transporting fragile items in carry cases.

Your package may arrive vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. Upon receiving your cushion and upholstery foam, make a small incision with a pen or pencil to break the seal within 72 hours for the foam to fully expand. Avoid using a box cutter in this process.

Custom Cuts

If you require a size not listed, contact us for a custom cut. We can create foam shapes including square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, and more for various uses such as poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, and bedding support.

Certified Quality

Our foam is CertiPUR-US Certified, made without ozone-depleting substances, mercury, lead, heavy metals, or phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. It also has low VOC emissions for indoor air quality, less than 0.5 parts per million.

Packaging

Foam is sold per sheet and may come vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. To ensure the foam retains its shape, open the package immediately upon receipt. Allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully expand. When opening, use a pen or pencil, not a box cutter, to break the seal carefully. Avoid leaving the package unopened for more than a week to maintain the foam's original form.
