When placing an order, be sure to consider the height of your bed frame, foundation, or adjustable bed base in conjunction with the mattress height to determine the overall sleep system height. Your Foamma mattress replacement will be delivered compressed and rolled in a box. It is important to open the package immediately upon receipt to ensure the foam maintains its original size and shape. Avoid leaving the package unopened for more than a week, as this could cause the foam to lose its form. When opening the package, use a ballpoint pen or pencil rather than a box cutter. Begin with a small incision and proceed from there. Note that the cover is not included.

Before returning an item, please contact us, as a 50% restocking fee may be applied to all returns. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in their original condition, or show signs of use unrelated to us will incur a 99% restocking fee.
