Custom Cuts Available

If you can't find the size you need, contact us, and we will gladly create a custom cut for you. We can create foam in any size and shape, including square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, and more. Our foam is ideal for poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and various home and commercial upholstery applications.

Certified Quality

Our foam is CertiPUR-US Certified, meaning it is made without ozone-depleting substances, mercury, lead, phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and other heavy metals. Our foam also has low VOC emissions for indoor air quality. Each foam sheet is sold separately and may come vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed. It is essential to open the package immediately to ensure the foam retains its original form. Please allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully expand once opened.
