Packaging Information: Each sheet of foam is sold individually, and your order may arrive vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed. It is crucial to open the package promptly upon receipt to prevent the foam from losing its original size and shape. Leaving the package unopened for more than a week could result in the foam losing its form. When unpacking, it is recommended to use a ballpoint pen or pencil instead of a box cutter. Make a small cut to break the seal and release the foam.

Before returning an item, please contact us in advance. A 50% restocking fee may be applicable for all returns. Our foam products are proudly manufactured in the United States! We offer a variety of foam types, including waterproof, extra firm, medium firm, high density, low density, gel memory foam, memory foam, and organic foam. Our foam is designed to last for 7-10 years and is CertiPUR-US Certified.

We can customize the foam to any size and shape, such as square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, and more. This foam is ideal for use in oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and various home and commercial upholstery applications.

The foam is produced without ozone-depleting substances, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, and it is also free of phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Additionally, it has low VOC emissions, ensuring indoor air quality with less than 0.5 parts per million. Please allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully regain its original shape after unpacking. Remember to use a pen or pencil for opening, not a box cutter, to ensure the foam remains intact.
