Custom Cutting Service

If the size you need is not available, contact us for a custom cut. We offer custom cutting to any size and shape, making our foam perfect for unique applications. Ideal for oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat and car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and all other home and commercial upholstery.

CertiPUR-US Certified

Our foam is CertiPUR-US certified. This means it is manufactured without ozone depleting substances, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, is free from phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and has low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions, ensuring excellent indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).

Safe and Easy Packaging

All foam is sold per sheet and may come vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed. To maintain its original size and form, open the package immediately and place it flat. Do not leave the package unopened for more than a week to avoid any risk of permanent damage to the foam. Allow up to 72 hours for the foam to retain its shape. Use a pen or pencil to open the package, not a box cutter. Start with a small incision and carefully break the seal.
