We can custom cut your foam to any size and shape, including squares, stars, rounds, hexagons, rectangles, triangles, ovals, hearts, octagons, trapezoids, and more. Our custom cuts are perfect for oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and all other home and commercial upholstery applications.

CertiPUR-US Certified

Our foam is CertiPUR-US certified, ensuring it is made without ozone depleting substances, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals. It is also free from phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and has low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality, releasing less than 0.5 parts per million.

Packaging and Storage Information

All foam is sold per sheet and may come vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed. Upon receipt, open your package immediately to ensure the foam retains its original size and form. Do not allow the package to remain unopened for longer than a week, as the foam could lose its shape. Allow up to 72 hours for the foam to retain its original shape. Use a pen or pencil, not a box cutter, to open the package, starting with a small incision and breaking the seal from there.
