Custom Cuts Available

If you require a specific size or shape that is not available in our standard offerings, we can custom cut your foam to any size and shape, including squares, stars, rounds, hexagons, rectangles, triangles, ovals, hearts, octagons, and trapezoids. Custom cuts are ideal for various applications such as oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and all other home and commercial upholstery uses.

CertiPUR-US Certified

Our foam is CertiPUR-US certified, ensuring it is made without ozone depleting substances, mercury, lead, or other heavy metals. Additionally, it is free from regulated phthalates and has low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for superior indoor air quality.

Packaging Information

All foam is sold per sheet and may come vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed. Upon receiving your order, open the package immediately to maintain the original size and form of the foam. The foam may lose its shape if the package remains unopened for more than a week. Please allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully retain its original shape. Use a pen or pencil to carefully open the package and avoid using a box cutter.
