When ordering, it's important to consider the height of your bed frame, foundation, or adjustable bed base to ensure the perfect fit for your sleep system. Your Foamma mattress replacement will be delivered to you compressed and rolled up in a box. Be sure to open the package immediately upon receipt to allow the foam to expand to its original size and shape. Do not leave the package unopened for more than a week, as the foam may lose its form.

For safety reasons, always use a ball point pen or pencil, not a box cutter, when opening the package. Begin with a small incision and carefully break the seal. Please note that the cover is not included with the mattress.

If you need to return an item, please contact us beforehand, as a 50% restocking fee may apply. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in their original condition, or show signs of use unrelated to us may incur a 99% restocking fee.
