Upon receiving the package, it is important to open it immediately to allow the foam to regain its original size and shape. Do not leave the package unopened for more than a week as the foam may lose its form. When opening the package, please use a ballpoint pen or pencil instead of a box cutter. Begin with a small incision and then break the seal. If you need to return an item, please contact us first. A 50% restocking fee may be charged for returned items.
